The Cabinet War Rooms have created the first ever museum dedicated to the complete life and times of Winston Churchill, the greatest Briton ever to have lived.
The 10,000 square foot Churchill Museum will be the world's first major Museum dedicated to recording and illustrating his life and achievements. It will open at the Cabinet War Rooms on 11 February 2005, marking the fortieth anniversary of Churchill's death and the sixtieth anniversary of the Second World War victory.
