The People Sprite Interactive have a talented team of professionals, recruited from a number of major disciplines and areas, having both traditional and new media experience. The company is split into a number of departments, all co-existing and functioning under the Sprite company umbrella. Our company is dynamic and organic, and we encourage our employees to learn multiple-disciplines; the editorial team, for example, all have a working knowledge of website development, and the sales team have experience of multimedia development, meaning they can target and sell solutions with inside industry knowledge that is not often found in a sales force. This is not to say that each department is not focused, but means that every member of the Sprite team can work with a greater level of understanding towards the needs of their customers and for the needs of their fellow employees.
